When you engage B-Webs for a project, these terms apply together with the proposal we send you. Starting a project means you accept both.

B-Webs provides web design, web development, SEO, business profile ranking and maintenance services. The exact scope, deliverables and price for your project are set out in your proposal.

Each project begins with a written proposal describing what we'll build and what it costs. Work outside that scope is treated as a separate quote and agreed before we start — no surprise charges.

You agree to provide the content, approvals and any third-party account access needed to build and launch your project, and to respond to our questions within a reasonable time. Delays in feedback may push the timeline accordingly.

Payment terms are set out in your proposal. Projects typically start once the agreed deposit is received. Late payments may pause work until settled.

Small sites usually take 2 days to a week and a half; larger projects land in 1 to 3 weeks. Dates are estimates made in good faith, not guarantees — we'll keep you updated if anything changes.

Once your project is paid in full, the site we build — its design, code and content we craft — belongs to you. We retain the right to show the project in our portfolio unless we agree otherwise.

Ongoing maintenance and support are offered as separate plans. Where you have one, we keep our promises on response times, updates and backups as stated in that plan.

We build to a professional standard and take good care of your project, but to the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thrissur, Kerala.
