Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), you — the Data Principal — have specific rights over your personal data. Use the form below to raise a request. We’ll acknowledge and respond within 30 days.

Access (Sec 11)

You may ask what personal data we hold about you, the processing purpose, the categories of data, and who it has been shared with.

Correction & erasure (Sec 12)

You may ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data, or erase personal data we no longer need (subject to legal retention obligations such as invoices under the Income Tax Act).

Grievance redressal (Sec 13)

If you have a concern about how your data is processed, you may raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer — and escalate to the Data Protection Board if not satisfied.

Nomination (Sec 14)

You may nominate another individual to exercise your rights on your behalf, except where the rights are personal in nature.

Withdrawal of consent (Sec 7)

If processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it any time — as easily as you gave it. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Right regarding children (Sec 9)

If you are under 18, processing of your personal data requires verifiable parental consent. A parent or guardian may submit a request on the minor's behalf below.
